Reservations / Policies

Reservations are booked online using our Booking Calendar or can be made over the telephone. A deposit of $100 is required to hold your reservation. No reservation is guaranteed until a payment has been made to hold the date you desire. The deposit is nonrefundable unless you cancel within 48 hours after you submit your reservation.

We do not charge or put a hold on your card unless you decide to cancel 48 hours after you book. If you do not have a credit card you have three days from the day your reservation has been made to mail in your deposit. You will need to mail in the $100 deposit to hold your reservation.

This amount will then be deducted from your total.If we have to cancel due to inclement weather (day of event), your deposit will be refunded in full.

To guarantee your reservation, we do recommend that you reserve your event date early. Payment in full is required upon arrival at your event.
